Electric Mobility / Rascal 355XL Mobility Scooters

I have been using this scooter and found it very good but it has three snags. I get electric shocks when someone touches me-so do they. I solved this by adding an earthing strap. It isn't 3 inches off the ground like the other rascal scooters because the stabalizers are only one and a quarter inches from the ground therefore it doesn't like kerbs. The fact that the seat is fixed is annoying. I had one before that swivelled. That said it is very nippy.
